1 3- to 4- pound boneless pork butt
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 t salt

Place pork butt in crockpot. Sprinkle with
Worcestershire sauce - rotate roast so Worcestershire
covers all meat. Take a handful of brown sugar and "smush"
a brown sugar crust all over roast. Pour apple juice in the
bottom of the crockpot - NOT over the meat.

Cook on high for one hour and turn to low - cooking an
additional 4 hours or until meat literally falls apart when you
try to lift it with a fork.

Break meat apart and push down into drippings. Sprinkle
with salt. Do not omit this step as it is vital to bringing out
the meat flavors.
